All sales are final. Returns are only issued on manufacturers defect.

Please follow these steps if you received a defective item:

1. Contact email CustomerCare@DiscountFloorPads.com with your order information.

2. Pack the item in the original shipping carton with all of the packing materials that were in the carton when you received it. Your return must be packed in the original packaging and include all original packing materials, manuals, and accessories. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is deemed as defective.

3. Hand original packed return to the shipping company assigned for this return to DiscountFloorPads.com.

Once your return is received and is in the original package, and includes all original packing materials we will credit you with a complete refund. If your return is received in different and/or missing any original packaging, manuals, or accessories, your credit will be issued minus a 25% restocking fee plus any additional fees to replace missing manuals or accessories. Customer is responsible for returned items shipping costs.
